“I was on a long road trip when I noticed an oil leak, and it happened to be Labor Day after 5pm. I didn’t expect anyone to answer, but the owner called me back, talked through the issue with me, and was able to get me in first thing the next morning.

I drive an Audi, and not many shops are confident working on those, but he was knowledgeable and reassuring right from the start. I went in the next morning, and they quickly took care of my oil change, showed me how much oil was in it, and gave me practical recommendations so I could safely continue my trip.

They were honest, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially while traveling. I highly recommend this shop!”

My vintage vehicle suffered a complete failure of a critical system while on an early morning road trip from Casper to Cheyenne. Precision Automotive was the only shop in town that was open at the time (7:00 am on a Saturday), answered my telephone call on the second ring, and had my car in the service bay for diagnostics within five minutes of the tow truck dropping it off. Miraculously, they were able to secure parts for my 40 year old vehicle and had me back on the road within hours, all of this while still helping other customers both in person and on the phone as the morning progressed. Costs for both parts and labor were very reasonable and well within industry-standards. Furthermore, diagnostics were spot-on, and recommended repairs included both absolutely necessary, as well as appropriate manufacturer-recommended preventive measures based on the failed system, which will absolutely prevent another unexpected and ill-timed breakdown of a similar nature. Speaking of which, I was pretty distressed with my situation and limited resources, and it showed. Another customer in the waiting room approached me and asked if I needed a hug. I did. Truth be told, I sobbed on her shoulder for a full two minutes while she reassured me that everything would be okay. In the end, that is exactly what happened. I made it home safe and sound, and with renewed hope in the human race and our ability to extend compassion and empathy to those in distress.
