My car had broken down outside of Douglas on a Saturday, so I was towed into Douglas and got a room for the night. He worked on my car and got me back on the road on Sunday for a very reasonable price (and despite not being open on Sundays) and even called Monday morning to see if I had made it home ok. Wow! Talk about great service! Tyler got my truck in immediately after breaking down. He found the problem in no time and had the part delivered and installed by the next day. I don't recommend breaking down, but when it happens, call Automotive Excellence first! They are honest and up front about cost and estimated repair time. I am one very happy customer!

Tyler came to our rescue when we hit a dead deer on the freeway and began having issues with the radiator. He helped us off the road, to a hotel and had us back on the road with a radiator replacement in under 12 hours. Incredible service!
