“Had a pretty stressful situation this morning when my tire lost all 6 lugnuts and stems after a tire rotation. Called Russ and he was at our vehicle in, about, 10 minutes.
To keep the vehicle from further damage, he was creative with getting her loaded up without damage. He drove her all the way to the dealership and made sure we were good before taking off. He was a great blessing in a very stressful situation!”
