“I love this particular branch and everyone who works here. BMO as a bank is a horrible corporate entity that has no qualms about wrapping your life in red tape and destroying your trust in financial institutions as a whole. However, the employees at this local branch are incredibly helpful, empathetic, and professional. They are clearly just as frustrated by the corporate stranglehold as the customers are. 5 stars for the local staff, 0 stars for BMO corporate.”
