I was having trouble with my old phone and was not able to turn it on, thus all my passwords and everything were lost. I went to the Verizon store and Tresden was able to work his magic and get the information needed to get the new phone up and going. He was professional and patient. Thanks

We had lots to do when we stopped.Needed to change our account to a business account, purge our house phone over to an extra line on my phone using an app, transfer info from old to new phone x2. Even with computer issues Shandril was awesome.

Shandril was amazing! I had a difficult situation that involved an upgraded plan a phone with a dead screen, a new phone and switch phone users. Shandril was very patient with me as I asked about 100 questions. She was able to provide answers and find solutions that was easy for this old guy to understand. Then she even stayed late to finish setting everything up. The store was clean and organized. I have already recommended her to coworkers!

Christina was very helpful she put me at ease and made my experience so much better than the one I had at the other Verizon store just minutes before. I highly recommend that she get a raise. And that is saying a lot since it was the first time I I met her.

Shandril was amazing helping me and my mother with reconnecting her phone. Last week I put my mom on my account and we had to get her phone unlocked by the other company. After a week we still didn't have her phone working. My mom lives with me but only here on the weekends so it was difficult to get our issue resolved. After 3 hours of Shandril on the phone with multiple tecks she finally was able to get our problem resolved. She was so sweet and patient with us. Please give her our thanks and a raise she was a sweetheart. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ?

I had my old phone get damaged and had issues with assurion insurance ended up having to get a new phone during the whole ordeal I touched base with Christina at Verizon multiple times and she was extremely helpful got me in and out with minimal problems overall very helpful
