“I’ve had nothing but great experience working with these guys. The owner is a polite, older gentleman. However, his son manages the showroom. The Son’s knowledge of guns is really great. I’ve come to him with questions before, and he never failed to provide in-depth knowledge of weapon mechanics.
These guys also seem to be will known in the community. I’ve come in their shop several times only to see other customers who knew them personally regarding other matters in the community.
They have been willing to place one of my weapons on consignment, and I have bought at least two weapons from them as well as several accessories.
I had an issue with one weapon that I purchased not cycling correctly. However, the manager was knowledgeable as usual, and explained the process for returning the weapon in detail. However, he had recommended that I try other ammos and gave one specific ammo that I should try. Upon purchasing that one ammo that was recommended, the weapon fired without failure! This guy really knows his weapons!
Their selection of weapons are perfectly designed for hunting in Evanston and Uinta County.
One other weapon I purchased from them required me to do a little price searching. I realized The Gun Room was by far the cheapest seller of the weapon. They undercut all of their competitors by far!
