“I know Mother’s Day is a busy time for flower shops. Shout out to the delivery people making sure we get our beautiful flowers and gifts for this special holiday. I wasn’t home for my delivery on Saturday but I got the door tag letting me know they tried to deliver and what number I can call to make arrangements to pick them up. So helpful so I’m not having to track down the number or address myself! The icing on the cake was today I unexpectedly I got a knock on the door from the owner herself with my beautiful flowers I couldn’t believe she took the time on her day off and on Mother’s Day with her also being a mother. She and her husband and children were all out delivering all the flowers for those of us who missed the 1st delivery attempt. Amazing and Above and beyond customer service thank you!!!! Happy Mother’s Day to all the Ivory and Iron people!!!!”
