“My daughter’s vehicle would crank but not start. I was pretty sure it was something to do with the fuel pump. Called around and the other shops couldn’t get to it for about 2 weeks. I checked on the prices for a fuel pump for the vehicle and they ranged from $600-800 for the part alone. Checked on YouTube on how to change it and it involved removing the back seat and carpet to access the fuel tank and the pump. I told my daughter to expect it to cost in excess of $1,000.00. After a day and a half at Anderson Chad called and said it was a loose wire. To troubleshoot and fix it was about a tenth of what we thought it would cost. The negative reviews regarding this shop say no customer service skill or implied that he is some how antisocial. If you are seeking a pleasant social experience I suggest that that you go to church or a bar depending on your preference. If you want your vehicle fixed by an honest mechanic then take it to Anderson. I am going to tell my family and friends to take their vehicles to Anderson.Thanks Chad.”

My truck blew up about 10 Mi east of Evanston and they were right there to help out and get me into town and then even after we got in there they were willing to bring over a forklift and get my load moved over to another truck so that we can continue that load very friendly people in awesome to work with!!!”
