The lady at the front counter was very helpful and I completed the rental without issue. They even called me a couple days before the scheduled pickup date to assure me that the truck and trailer that I had requested had arrived, which was a huge load off my mind.

Appreciated they called me 2 days in advance to let me know about change in pick-up location. Staff was super friendly and process was very easy. Trailer in good condition and very clean.
