There was only one worker upfront and the rest was in the back office talking and not helping. Usually the workers are upfront and have fast service. But this worker was doing everything. The front the sandwiches and dealing with rude customers who were very impatient.

There was only 1 person working when I went into Wendy's today and everybody else was standing around talking and going outside and talking and not doing their jobs and 1 person it was working.Their job did an excellent job on doing both the job.What he had to do and the other jobs.I think you need to get more people in there.Like him who can work and not stand around and not help other people when they are busy

went through the drive thru. ordered 2 baconators a med fry 6 pc nugget a grilled chicken wrap and a large strawberry lemonade. got everything but the wrap but didn't realize until I was home. called and the gentleman who picked up was apologetic, asked if I could come back they'd give me a wrap and allow me a free item. I came back, there was 5 other orders who were messed up, a Doordasher had been waiting about 15 minutes and a person wanting to order but no one was available. the bagger was struggling and kept having to ask for help from a younger employee who knew what she was doing. the older bagger was still messing things up when I left. I was never offered my free item, I was just given the wrap. if you're going to offer a free item, please follow up with other employees because I honestly just wanted my complete order and the free item would've been nice if I'd actually gotten it. there needs to be some management present cause they all looked like chickens with their heads cut off and I don't think it's the employees faults.

I got the chicken sandwich and baked potato, potato wasn't even slightly warm and neither was the chicken sandwich. The cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted at all. I don't understand how they can serve cold food and be happy about that.

Employee was sick and caughing everywhere. Management should have sent employee home. Instead allowed employee to spread sickness everywhere. So inconsiderate. And unprofessional. Left our food and left before we caught something.

Just left there passing through we got on the highway on our way only to realize they had only given us half the food we ordered. Had one sad child and a few hungry people as we had no time to go back. Super disappointed to pay for a large order and not receive it.

Almost every time I come here I get old food. Today they had me pull forward for 2 chicken sandwiches and a 4 pack of spicy nuggets… understandably, expecting fresh food because they had me wait only to get home to find one dry chicken patty and even dry nuggets!! literally, the only thing they never mess up are the Frosty’s. How hard is it to give a respectful paying customer fresh food? I’m sick of wanting good Wendy’s and being Dissatisfied when I get home. I’d love to go to a different Wendy’s but it’s the only Wendy’s we have.

Took my grandson for his birthday. Got there at 11:45 am and nobody was in line. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to take my order until I realized that I have to put my own order in the kiosk. I finally figured out how to order off the kiosk and it wouldn't let me pay with my debit card then the screen went back to the order screen, so I wasn't sure it actually took my order. When I asked the latino fellow for help, he was a huge jerk. When we finally got our order, we were missing a frosty, so I asked the "jerk" to get us another frosty please and he said we ordered a root beer and I told him the receipt says its a frosty... and he said he couldn't do anything to help me, so I asked for his manager, who kindly came over and told him to get me a frosty. I haven't been to this Wendy's in a long time and it might be a while before I ever come back.

I love Wendy's. The food is always delicious. However, the Wendy's in Evanston has completely converted to self-ordering through use of tablets set up around the lobby. When I went to the counter they told me they are not allowed to take orders at the counter and I had to place them myself through the kiosk. Odd how my combo costs almost double what it did 5 years ago, and I have to place the order myself. I will find other food options when in Evanston.
