Zac did a diagnostic real fast, let us know the problem and the time frame and a rough cost estimate. When we realized we'd have to stay at least two nights until the part came in Monday, a mechanic kindly drove us to the hotel of our choosing. Come Monday, they got the alternator and started working on it EARLY and we were out of Evanston by 9:30! The bill was also quite reasonable. We are so grateful for these mechanics for doing their best to get us traveling as fast as possible.”
