What a great experience we had with Smith RV, specifically with Peggy. We traveled from California to see our family, ended up toying with the idea of purchasing a fifth wheel from Smith. The entire experience was positive. They were very forthright with their communication and easy to communicate with. In the end, we purchased a different unit from a different provider. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

My wife and I were looking for a Artic Fox RV and found this dealership online, from the beginning of our contact with them to pickup of the rv we could not be happier, each step of the process was as painless as possible and Peggy went out of her way to communicate and answer our questions, on the day we picked up the rv the staff was amazing in helping me install a new hitch and explaining everything on the rv. Other dealership were closer to us but I'm glad we drove the extra miles for the service we experienced with Smith RV. Thanks again Peggy for all your patience with us and for making our experience with your business a 1st class experience. Teresa and Bryan Church

The mechanic helped us get our hitch attached (it is a non-standard hitch) when we were having issues. We appreciated the help.

We are full time RVers so when we have a problem we have no where to go. We had some toilet issues with our foot pump not operating correctly. After an hour or so of frustrating calls to several dealers and service departments we lucked out and called Smith's RV in the Casper, WY area. Our first impression was we actually got to talk to a real human who then transferred us to the service department. I was ready for the usual multiple rings and then sent to voicemail when the service manager Casey picked up right away. I explained the problem and fully expected him to say they would replace the base or the whole toilet which of course means we would have to wait for parts. On the contrary, he said they would try to repair our existing parts. That's old school, these are real mechanics who know how to fix things rather then just replace parts. He also said we didn't need an appointment to just come on by and they'd squeeze us in. When was the last time you heard that?We were in Nebraska and actually drove over three hours out of our way to go to Casper and we are so glad we did. This shop is the way things used to be...good.When we pulled in Casey dropped what he was doing, got one of their technicians and they were on it within 2 mins of our arrival. The technician figured out right away what the problem was, they actually had the parts to fix it and we were in and out in no time. I don't want to tell you how inexpensive it was because they can't keep charging this little and stay in business. This level of service is vanishing in the RV world. On our earlier calls to name brand chains we were told the next appointment would be anywhere from next week to three months out! If you ever experience a problem in the Casper, WY area or anywhere close it is worth your while to go to Smith's RV. It will save you valuable time and money. We can't recommend them strongly enough, thank you to all those fine people at Smith's RV, we're back on the road and loving it.Ed & Deb V.

Stopped for fuel in Casper 3 hours into a planned 6 week camping trip and noticed the wheels on the rear camper axle toeing in badly. They took a look at it and identified the issues (2, both a result of shoddy work by Camping World in Longmont, CO); did the necessary repairs the same day and had us back on our way. Cannot recommend them highly wnough.

As a single woman, I should have rented a husband. It takes 2 weeks for them to get back to you on anything. When I made my purchase, Cassidy said “call the tag office in Alabama in 2 weeks to get your tag.” I called in 2 weeks, and it was still sitting on their desk at Smiths. Weeks later, when they finally receive the paperwork, I find out I have to physically take the RV to Alabama for them to do a vin check. Costs 3k to move across country. Smiths also let their worst inspector do the inspection, missing multiple things. It took over a month for them to fix my bathroom sink on my 2019 Eagle so I could use the sink. They sent someone who didn’t know how to level the RV to set it up, and he had it wheels off the ground and told me it was supposed to be like that. Had to wait days to get that fixed, when set up and delivery was previously agreed upon. Smiths was one disappointment after another on my used purchase. I still spent 45k, so you would think they would have treated me like they cared a little. So disappointed.

We were coming through town headed to South Dakota and needed a new vent hood unexpectedly. They had it in stock, and swapped it out for us complete with epoxy sealing around it in 15 minutes for only $35 out the door. Amazing service and their parts selection was fantastic too. Highly recommended!

Break more than they fix. Better off doing your own repairs

These guys are great. Might find a better deal to the north or south, but you won't find the same quality as Smiths.

They say shop locally, but the parts I bought cost me best part of $100, and could be bought on line at $25.00. I'll only use places like this in an emergency.
