The Sonny's team was amazing. We are on the beginning of a big trip across country with two little kids and the toilet in our RV broke. Even though the team was incredibly busy with repairs they went out of their way to fit us in last minute. The service department was able to repair the issue within an hour and they could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much - you saved our vacation!

I've brought my camper in there several times and usually have a fair experience. The prices are outrageous. This last time a service technician named Ron. I think that's his name. Was so rude. So dismissive. Every question I asked I was completely putting him out. My camper was supposedly fixed and then they drag it out and he just leaves me in the parking lot without checking anything. so rude, arrogant, and dismissive. I will never be back to this business.

We were in Wyoming for vacation in the Cody area and our heater quit working during a spell of cold weather. We stopped at Sonny's to see if they could take a look at it on our way back to Colorado. All the service slots were full but one of the techs took the time to trouble shoot with us a bit and we were able to get back on the road with a working heater!

We were traveling from Memphis with our 4 kids when our manual back slide track completely broke. We have an older camper so unfortunately the parts needed to really fix it would have to be ordered and would take a couple of weeks. With the help of Scotty and Caleb we were able to get enough done to it to at least get on our way. Customer service is absolutely top notch and I'm super thankful for all their help! If we had the time I would definitely stay in the area to get help finishing the job.

Always good service, but today Don in the Service Dept. literally rescued us from our serious situation…stranded 270 miles from home..towing vehicle totally disabled and desperately needing a way to get the 5th wheel to Casper. Don searched tirelessly and found help for us when several others had failed! Service above and beyond! Sonny’s will get all our business!

This is our first purchase from Sonny’s RV and what an amazing experience. We hadn’t intended to purchase anything just stopped to look. Everyone was super friendly and Caleb pretty much sold us on the Keystone Alpine. The next day we decided to go buy it. We live out of State and the whole team; Caleb, Scott, Chris, Brad, Spiros and many others worked so hard getting our 5th wheel ready in less than 24 hours.

Reading the reviews answets a lot of questions. They seem to not have it together. They sold the business and the new owners just took over. New employees and not very organized. Couldn't get questions answered. New parts people to start next week. Ought to be a real treat getting a window order.

Omg is all I can say. Called 4 times make sure 100 percent they could do the work on my class a. O absolutely right away Monday morning at 9. Well a one hour repair it's 1:25pm and nothing and they couldn't do the work the promised over the phone they could do. Drove 6 hrs out of my way for a certificate aqua hot repair center. They will tell u anything o get u to this place. Fell lies to. I called 4 times and asked all the right questions. Yet here we sit going into 6 hrs.

I'm all about supporting businesses in Casper but when they treat their customers like this I will not return to do business. I would rather pull my camper back to Cheyenne then receive local service from Sonnys a THIRD time. If you come here for service take photos & a video of your entire camper before you leave it. I didn't and that was one mistake. I brought my camper to Sonnys to have them fix hail damage. The first time i took it in i told the service writer if they found any damage other then what was on the list to fix it. Simple, right? Two months later we go back to pick it up. We took it home and as soon as we parked it we started noticing hail damages that were not fixed yet they were made aware of upon us dropping the camper off and were very visually obvious. So I called Sonnys again and made an appointment to have it brought back in. I even took photos of everything that needed fixed. When we got there I went in and talked to the new service writer, Brian Foote and showed him the photos. I asked him if he wanted to go over the camper with us in person to make sure he got everything this round and he declined. So we left and a couple days later I get a call from Brian about some pricing and he tells me the camper is also ready for pickup. So we go back out there and have the forklift driver bring our camper up so we can look it over to make sure everything is fixed. It wasn't. There was so much stuff that was missed. So Brian sends the service tech out with me to go over what else was missed. The service tech tells me half the stuff i point out isn't even on the worksheet. As i am finishing up things with the service tech I noticed that our ladder is bent. I bring it to Brian's attention to which he and the other service writer, Jeff both laughed and say, "yea it probably won't be the first or last time that happens here". Real professional. Couple days later I call in to see if they found the videos of my camper from when we brought it in. Brian found the 2nd video and said there was no video of when we first brought it here so there's nothing they can do about the ladder. I know my ladder wasn't bent because I take extremely good care of my camper. You can tell the ladder was backed into something. I finally got to pick my camper up today and i go and look it over and there is STILL one thing that was missed. I was also surprised by the fact that when we picked it up no one came out to go over it with us, to help us hook it up, etc. As a customer I spent over $3000 here and my overall experience with their service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional and i will not be back.

Rented a camper July 10-15 and enjoyed it very much. Knowing that I'm renting a camper I didn't expect a new camper. The camper (#3) I rented was well maintained and everything worked as it should. What a great thing to not have to tent in 95 degree weather. Even rented a generator so I could cool off in the afternoon with A/C. Thanks again and I look forward to renting again next year. You made my fly fishing trip to The Miracle Mile the best yet.
