Union Wireless is a local company that employs local people and gives back to the local economy, not a big box or conglomerate. The people working in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the customer care team is wonderful. When calling, customers get an actual person on the other line who is part of the community to assist with service needs, which is refreshing. The folks in the front are truly the best at what they do. However, the quality of service has significantly declined for some long-term customers. Issues include dropped calls and an inability to make or receive calls, with slow resolution through online forms and an unreliable customer help line featuring long hold times and unfulfilled callback promises. The internet service is also noted as being really slow, offering only a 10mbps connection, which is not enough for some. While specific staff members have been courteous, polite, very kind, and effective in finding solutions, the overall customer care line and service have received significant criticism. Despite great customer service interactions, the basic service performance has soured the experience for some, leading to recommendations being reconsidered.

The folks in the front are truly the best at what they do... Like, they should teach classes. Not just that, Union is a local company, employing local people, and giving back to the local economy - Not some nasty big box or conglomerate. Love Union!
