Not expensive but the management doesnt seem to interested in improving the park in itself.

Great place to live. The gal that runs the place is super friendly and works with people. She is very prompt about letting residents know what's going on in the trailer court, if something needs fixed she works pretty quick to get it taken care of.

Management is super friendly and awesome! Always putting things together for the park community or hosting events for the kiddos. Works hard on trying to let everyone know what is going on. Neighbors are friendly and watch out for each other.
