“I had the worst experience with the Gillette Harley Davidson this week. I wound up driving 2 hours away to get a part for my husband's bike. I went to Rangs Cycles to get a cup holder for a big trip coming up and Becca was great. I had to go back today to ask what was wrong with my husband's fuel pump assembly, expecting to pay something for the information. Chris grabbed the part from me, came back a couple minutes later, he put an O-Ring in it for me and only charged me for the O-Ring. If HD in Gillette wonders why they're losing business, it's because their customer service can't touch the great service at Rangs Cycles. Thank you Becca & Chris!”
“Austin Crimm, was my salesperson and he did an outstanding job! I called and let him know that were from out of state and let him know what vehicle that my husband and I wanted. He made everything happen within a few hours with help of the awesome staff at the dealership! Austin, always kept in contact with me with each and every step and made this a smooth transaction from start to finish!! We would highly recommended him and dealership!!”

When the backordered part finally came in they were able to get me in quickly and even washed and detailed my car when replacing 1 part!”

“Got tires for my truck from them back in December! Absolutely fantastic crew! They helped me pick the best tires for my need! They also gave my truck and oil change, highly suggested front breaks which I did and also pointed out a future repair needing done!
It took awhile, but I had a fun time talking with the guys up front!”
“Would give them 10 stars if I could. Jacklyn and John went above and beyond taking care of my husband’s truck. Clear communication, detailed work and they even let us use one of their loaner car while his truck was being repaired. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Will be using them for all of our autobody repairs!”
“Got the motorhome towed in here with a blown engine. Within a week I was back on the road with a new engine. 3 days to remove and replace. Alex, nikolai, ted and Russell were great! The rv pad was a nice touch.”

“Took my tahoe to get my bumper repaired due to someone backing into me with a hitch. There is so many things I could say about my satisfaction with Klover K. From customer service, to timeliness, quality of work, and affordability. Jared is amazing and did such a great job. Won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.”
“5 stars well deserved!I was helped by Bob, and I am now really happy he did.I needed a steel brake line for my 07 Sierra Classic as it was leaking pretty bad.No oem or factory part, but suggested me a bendable replacement instead, gave a tape measure to make sure I'll get the correct one.I was a little concerned about both fittings sizes, and he took the time to check on the computer as well as a new brake hose from their inventory to make sure.Bob gave me advice on how to bend it as well (I could have made a mistake, I think...) and everything went well.Total cost me about $40 with a gal of brake fluid and a fitting plug (both at my request) as he advised me to get 1 quart of fluid, which would have been enough but I still have over 2 months and 5000 miles on my road trip so I wanted some extra.In the end, I am quite happy I came back to Gillette for parts, and as a bonus, I got on tips on what to visit in the area.”

My truck runs about 300 degrees cooler and tons of power and torque for towing or daily driving. You guys ROCK”

“With the exception of a part that was substituted for what I needed, that I couldn't use, and the screw up was not the stores fault, the engine kit has been spot on. You guys have been awesome.A couple of months ago, I had an alternator go bad. They couldn't find the record of my purchase, but since the part number matched their inventory, they replaced the alternator for free. Used to use O'Reilly auto parts exclusively, but I won't go anywhere except advance auto now, if I can help. They're great to work with.”
“Busy place. They installed tire pressure monitors and didn't "learn them" or whatever. I had to go back 2 days later they "learned them" and the TPM worked fine.”
