Chris and Becca and Rang's Cycles were very busy but said absolutely bring it by (my 1st call to Gillette HD, 'said 3 days out on scheduling and no go). So glad I called Rang's. “Mechanic shop recommended a new gas cap for my pickup. Purchased one that fit from NAPA. Code returned and a smoke test was done, which indicated that I needed a new gas cap! Shop installed and fixed problem. They indicated that the cap I had purchased was not the correct one, I still had the box and receipt. NAPA reviewed my documents and reimbursed me for the smoke test! Mistakes happen, but they certainly handled it well and customer service was great. I’ll definitely continue to shop there and highly recommend them.”

“Battery on my f350 died. The clerk was very helpful, hooked up his tool and found one dead battery. So I bought 2 new die hard platinums @ $500. Really wanted to stay with interstate, but what are you going to do 1,000 miles from home just passing through and choices are limited.
They let me barrow tools and swap in parking lot. Vet discount.”

“While traveling, pulling a camper and being 1000 miles from home, our truck got the dreaded error code and was going to go into limp mode. I called Whites Energy Ram dealer in Gillette WY, who got us in to have it diagnosed and they were able to repair the problem it in a little over 2 hours. The service people were outstanding and if I was ever in the area and in need of service again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
The sales staff was also very accommodating, especially Benjy, that put up with us looking at different trucks just incase things might have gone a different way.”
