“This is a good shop that takes care of their customers.24 June 2023 I arrived in Gillette, WY from Washington State with my daughter. My bike developed a horrible whine in the primary (2001 Road King). There was a tornado coming this day and 2” hail for our area. Rangs Cycle held the door open for us (with a tornado coming) and took my bike in. My daughter and I got a room and they kept the bike overnight. Kris (owner and mechanic) came in the next day when they were scheduled to be closed and out of town. For $500.00 I got a new clutch hub and race barring. I was back on the road the next day. Kris & Becca (owners) are wonderful people and they take care of customers.The dealer Deluxe Harley-Davidson in Gillette, WY would not help me figure out where the noise was coming from. The service manager (tall guy with a long beard) refused to even listen to the bike in the parking lot. He wouldn’t even lend me a stethoscope so I could listen myself. I asked if there were any other places, I could go and HE LIED! He said there are no other places in town. Rangs is 3.9 miles away. This dealer was willing to leave my daughter and I stranded with a tornado and 2” hail because they have beef with another shop and THEY LIED to us.”

“11/9/23 Edit: Scott and Seth worked hard to get me in a different vehicle at a reasonable price when I finally gave up on the Jeep. I still think their detailing staff and pre-sale inspection need improvement though.I bought a used (2022 with low mileage) vehicle from this dealership in July. It has had multiple issues since I purchased it which started within a day or two after buying it. I was told I needed to take it to the Jeep dealership since it was under warranty. I have only been able to drive it for a total of 3 weeks over the last 3 months. It is still in the shop because the problem continues despite multiple attempts to repair it. This has been very disappointing and frustrating. The dealership should have thoroughly checked the vehicle out and had it repaired prior to listing it. There seems to be little quality control with their used vehicles as most of the ones I looked at were dirty or had a problem. I don't recommend buying a used vehicle from them.”

Jeff was amazing I had paccar engine they couldn’t read the codes due to software variance but they gave me support troubleshooting and technical service. “5 stars well deserved!I was helped by Bob, and I am now really happy he did.I needed a steel brake line for my 07 Sierra Classic as it was leaking pretty bad.No oem or factory part, but suggested me a bendable replacement instead, gave a tape measure to make sure I'll get the correct one.I was a little concerned about both fittings sizes, and he took the time to check on the computer as well as a new brake hose from their inventory to make sure.Bob gave me advice on how to bend it as well (I could have made a mistake, I think...) and everything went well.Total cost me about $40 with a gal of brake fluid and a fitting plug (both at my request) as he advised me to get 1 quart of fluid, which would have been enough but I still have over 2 months and 5000 miles on my road trip so I wanted some extra.In the end, I am quite happy I came back to Gillette for parts, and as a bonus, I got on tips on what to visit in the area.”

You guys have been awesome.A couple of months ago, I had an alternator go bad. They couldn't find the record of my purchase, but since the part number matched their inventory, they replaced the alternator for free. Used to use O'Reilly auto parts exclusively, but I won't go anywhere except advance auto now, if I can help. They're great to work with.”
