“Worked on my airport vehicle from Texas. Stud technicians in their garage. Had an electrical issue with my vehicle. Called in on the phone, they worked me in got scheduled. Night boxed my keys for an 8 AM appointment. Got the call at 9:15 AM to tell me it was ready!! Everything working as it should, knew exactly the issues and attacked them with the quickness. Feels extremely comforting that there's a shop this close to take care of any issues that may have with my work vehicle. From top to bottom Grade A+++ service and customer service.”

“We were referred to Service Enhancements by a friend after we had dealt with a disastrous and dishonest experience with another local towing company/shop. The other shop replaced things that weren’t the issue and weren’t even on the right track to getting us running again. They were ready to go to “timing chain issues next” with no idea what they were doing. Grr! Luckily for us we realized the incompetence and went with James & Alan at Service Enhancements instead. Alan was able to diagnose our Truck’s issue with his ears alone upon inspection. Super impressive skill! The simple spring repair was made and we were back on the road for less than 650! The other “company” in town was trying to tell us we could be looking at thousands to fix our truck. James & Alan really came thru for us!

“I called looking for a second quote to replace an engine in my car. After telling him what car, he immediately suggested I chalk up my loses as my car is infamous for this. He stated that he could give me a quote but he did not see this as a great investment due to the kind of car. I APPRECIATE this so much as every other shop I called was ready and willing to take 7k from me for a salvage engine on a car that's only worth 10k on a good day.
