“Had a wheel snap off it's lugs going down the highway while towing a camper. Guys got me right in on a Saturday and starting working immediately. Couldn't get all the parts they needed until early Monday morning but they had it done by 7 in the morning and even picked me up at the campground I was staying at. Top notch from start to finish. “We were referred to Service Enhancements by a friend after we had dealt with a disastrous and dishonest experience with another local towing company/shop. The other shop replaced things that weren’t the issue and weren’t even on the right track to getting us running again. They were ready to go to “timing chain issues next” with no idea what they were doing. Grr! Luckily for us we realized the incompetence and went with James & Alan at Service Enhancements instead. Alan was able to diagnose our Truck’s issue with his ears alone upon inspection. Super impressive skill! The simple spring repair was made and we were back on the road for less than 650! The other “company” in town was trying to tell us we could be looking at thousands to fix our truck. James & Alan really came thru for us!
