“Our fridge went out in December, I went into karls expecting the worst, to purchase another $1000+ fridge. When speaking with the manager, she asked if our broken fridge was purchased there, [it came with the house]. We told her who the builder was and she pulled the fridge up and found it still to be under warranty.
We set up a date for karls to come grab our old fridge and they were kind enough to let us use a Loaner fridge for the 1.5 months. Greta service, great quality of work, and great customer service. I will be a returning customer.”

“So I’m writing this review because I wanna thank Mason for offering to take a look at my husband’s phone and thank Mike for fixing it when my husband come in the following day. My husband is a over the road truck driver. He was in Missouri when he dropped his phone and it broke. So he went into Metro in Missouri and had to buy a new one. The phone was a mess. Words were on top of words, couldn’t download his apps that he needs when he drives. They didn’t know nothing. So he had to get back on the road and go. I called this metro and they said they would look at it. Mason was off the next day but said Mike was working and would see if he can get it right for him. And he did !!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Great customer service at this metro !!!!!!!”

“I popped in with my friend mid day last week just to look at my options. Kyle was so nice, answered all our questions and never made me feel pushed into getting something I didn't want. I felt so great about how we were treated. I came back that night with my husband to get a great new phone and Kyle got us all set up. We will be coming back soon to upgrade my husband's phone, too and hope he's there again to help us out. I've never had a more positive experience with a cell phone sales rep in my life.”
