I had a package arrive in Gillette and said it out for delivery multiple days and every time got changed to the next day and now they delivered my package to the wrong address that not my house or anyone that lives near me

I went for an international shipment with a 55 pond box. Althought I had personal belongings to send and it is not commercial purposes, is ok if I had to fill a Comercial Invoice, but it is not ok that nobody can’t help me with someting that is your job.
I had to go back next day with the box with the invoice filled by myself. Besides I wanted to attach some documentation and they told me it is not necessary, and it was necessary. I had to send all the documentation to Customs later. Not recomended for international shipments.

I live in an apartment building and the number's are a little off my package was delivered to the wrong apartment on the wrong floor. 197 is all the way upstairs.

3 times has said they tried to deliver 2 us, we where home for all of it. Cannot get ahold of a local person it only goes to the company program. Cannot understand anybody, Which is not helpful. It is a giant waste to use them they play games of not being able to actually get in contact with anybody that is helpful.

This truck uses East Laurel Street once or twice a week, big long truck with trailer , about 40 ft.then north on Emerson, then right on road to strip mall where Harbor Frieght and other businesses are located. Why Laurel Street when Boxelder is avaliable.

I’m quite repulsed with the fact that I called and confirmed my delivery as my dogs food is in my package. I called FedEx customer service to confirm my package would make it to me by 8 pm today 3/30/24 as my dogs have now been without food for two days. My delivery was supposed to be on 3/29/24 but FedEx (not gillettes site) took my package from Aurora, CO to Billings, MT without dropping it off the package in the Gillette sorting center. My package has been sitting in Gillette since 6am today and now it’s past 8 pm and I still have no dog food. Thank you for letting my animals starve as I used the last of the money I had to get my chewy order in before I ran out of what they had. Oh, and it’s conveniently a holiday weekend so now I’m not sure when I’ll receive my package. My package that contains almost $200 worth of items from chewy (dog food, joint supplements, cat food) . Thanks FedEx in Gillette, today’s problem became yours and this is twice I’ve had issues. Hopefully this time the driver doesn’t just count houses and leave my package where ever they feel again. Extremely disappointed with this mess. Oh I also confirmed my address through chewy when my package ended up in Billings and they contacted FedEx to confirm the address again along with the phone call I made today. Enjoy your Easter.

Poor service when it pertains to calling the local office. 70+ miles away and I have to talk to someone foreign about my package. Please fedex provide local numbers to speak with local people.

I had one prepackaged item for a Walmart return. I was 6th in line and a single employee was working the counter. The person being served had 5 unboxed items to ship to different addresses. She got him 5 boxes and told him to package his items, he stepped to the side and the next guy had two open boxes to ship with loose items to be placed inside. He then finished packaging both boxes as I waited and waited, finally he finished, the guy ahead of me had a pick up so the clerk left to go hunt for that. She finally returned with his package, I was about to step forward when the man finished his 5 boxes and stepped back in line ahead of me. So we have to go through making 5 labels weighing and paying , finally I got to my return, 2 minutes after 30 minutes in line and I was out the door, hopefully to never have to return.
