I am five months pregnant and I just had to pick up two 50# boxes from an elderly lady's house. I live on Independence Road. My boxes were delivered to Buckskin Road at a completely different number. This is the second time in four months that has happened to us. The first time, I wasn't lucky enough to get my $80 order back. Do better or don't work there.

Packages keep getting loaded on the delivery vehicle (I have to rearrange my day to sign for these), and then getting rescheduled at the end of the day.
Update: Of three packages that have been sent to me by FedEx in the last two weeks, two have arrived late (including one that was supposed to be an overnight shipment), and one was delivered early—to the wrong house.

Fedex is worse at getting the job done than USPS. I have watched my package bounce back and forth between 2 towns several times. On this occasion it was with two different packages.

Because FedEx can't be bothered to produce local phone numbers, I can't complain to the local delivery outlet about repeated bad behavior by their drivers. Literally every day I see a FedEx van speeding through my narrow back alley at 30 to 40 mph, which every house has a gate opening into and where neighbors walk their pets and where children play. Literally every time I have received a package via FedEx in the last 2 years, the FedEx driver drops the package off after dark and in the back alley instead of in the front of this house. There are no numbers back there at all, so this jerk has no clue what house he's dumping stuff at but he certainly does know that he's dumping packages at least 50 feet from the house he can't identify, outside a fenced yard, mixed in with the garbage dumpsters. This time tracking says the package sat there for over 20 hours before I found it, and I only found it because by some miracle nobody picked it up and walked off with it before I took my garbage out and discovered the box sitting in the actual paved alleyway, not even on my property. The last time the package had sat there for 4 days before I found it, and when I called FedEx corporate to complain, they promised that would never happen again. I'd love to see this joke of a company go under, or at least this joke of a franchise. That's my Christmas wish.

Been waiting for a package all day that was stated out for delivery,well 9pm I get a notification that severe weather has impacted the delivery. It is 36 degrees and clear skies.

Don't bother calling the number for contact with anyone with any intelligence or ability to help you. Complete lack of english speaking person on the other end was rude and unprofessional

For anyone interested in working for this company I wouldn’t waste your time. They will work you 70-80 hr weeks for $800. They will promise but not follow thru.

Will not deliver on time says that it's was attempted and did not attempt was home all day. Lazy company and drives delays package all the time. will not deliver on Saturday or leave at the right door when ask.

Very unprofessional. I live out of town and every time I have a package delivered by FedEx they say it has been delivered but it is never to my house. When I call to see where it is at they are not helpful at all.

I had to return an item and the vendor gave me an invalid shipping label. It was picked up by FedEx. Jennifer tracked me down to get the problem fixed. I truly appreciate her professionalism and effort!
