The lady there with the gray hair is so incredibly rude! Threatened to call the police on me when I asked for the managers number. We left! Never got the managers number because we had to get to another salon for a haircut.

Didn’t get her name, but she’s got brown hair.
Butchered my daughter’s hair. I asked for a swing bob & showed her a picture. She asked if I wanted layers in the back to which I replied yes. Choppy hard layer in the back and looks nothing like what I asked for.

I didn't get the lady's name, when I went in the second time, I told the stylist I wanted my hair shoulder length, and I did not want it any shorter because it get to curly. She just started chopping! I thought... it'll grow back and it'll be hot outside.
I can barely pull my hair up in a pony tail! Then later that day I'm combining my hair out and it's so uneven! I cant do anything with it!!! I wont be going back!!

I went today, it's my second time and the lady started to cut my hair dry, when I told her that my hair is wavy and needed to moisten it, I told her that I didn't want it so short and she told me that it is like the photo I showed her and it was nothing like that. . Now my hair is very short and it looks horrible I will never go back

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in for a "trim" and came out with a butchered hair cut. The lady did not listen to me, when I asked why she was cutting and pulled away she sated it needs blended. Mind you I had an undercut with long sides and front. She said I won't take any length off. She took over 4inches front and 3inches side/ back. When the owner contacted me she tried to blend it now it is a buzz cut on the sides and even shorter on the front. She also made promises she did not keep. Do not go to this salon. I should have listened to the reviews before going. However, I was told after a very extensive conversation that " I have a lot of experience with undercuts and long pixies". Do not go here.

As always, the service is great. And, IMO, the best spot for an Army cut. I've seen Army barbers that aren't this good. I try to get a cut weekly or bi-weekly, since old habits don't die. Thanks Karen.

completely screwed up my hair. showed her exactly what i wanted and she completely botched it. way too short cut the hail out of my ear didnt even finish my neck. i didnt get her name but the old lady whos way too interested in other conversations than cutting hair needs her license if she has one taken away

worst service ever .im a regular customer of great clips..this time the lady i don't remember her name made me so disappointed. she took 5 minutes to get my hair cut done and says here you go! if you like disrespecting the customer then go get your hair cut done with that lady Great clips Gillette wy store

Lady that did my hair took maybe 5-10 mins on it… I asked for curtain bangs and got bangs which I can’t do bangs because I’m a dancer and I need all my hair to go back into my ponytails and my hair is completely uneven, the right side is 3 inches shorter than the left side and when I got home I balled my eyes out and also may I add the bangs are also not even so I will have to go about 5 months with bangs I don’t even want

I had hair that was a bit past my belly button. I went in for a butterfly hair cut and when the lady told me she didn't know how, I said that's fine. I'll just get my dead ends cut off and my hair thinned. Then the lady next to us said she knew how and used me as a learning experience. Instead of keeping my long locks for my butterfly hair cut, they gave me a wolf cut and my hair is now up to my shoulders. That is the last time I will be going there. I am a people pleaser so I said it looked nice but I went home and cried. I'm still crying because my hair is very curly. So the length looks even shorter.

There were really busy & short handed. Went on there text list about 2 hours later went back to shop. Got waited on in 5 minutes needed a haircut she did a really great job for me being a cold call.
