“I have used this hotel twice so far. I had to have surgery both times. The staff is amazing. Super sweet and helpful. We had wonderful beds and slept so well. Showers were clean, and they supply everything. It's a full service hotel. We were able to cook supper and rest. The shower was clean and hot water. This hotel has a full kitchen. I mean everything pots, plates, glasses, tea pitcher, coffee pot, microwave full size fridge. If we are traveling and see another Candlewood Suite, that's where we will probably stay.I highly recommend this hotel. If I have surgery again I will stay here.”

“This hotel is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in! My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary by road tripping from Indiana across the west and have been “roughing it” for a week and decided to splurge on a hotel for a night. The room was so clean, there was small kitchen items available (pans, glass plates, silverware) to use and the entire process was so smooth and wonderful!Rooms: King suite was so spacious and lovely!Safety: Feels very safe and comfortableNoteworthy details: The entire thing!”

“The team working here are excellent. The rooms are clean... Very clean. We loved the pool area. There are four separate pools (one is a lazy river!) so there’s never overcrowding and two water slides. Breakfast was great. Hats off to the woman working solo in kitchen and refilling everything so no empty food trays etc.”

“Absolutely awesome experience!!! I was here with a Convention and I LOVE staying here!!!! I bring my dog and it is very dog friendly, but the rooms are so quiet, you wouldn't know there were any other dogs there. The front desk staff was very kind, professional and welcoming even though they were busy due to all the delegates checking in at once. My room was immaculate and well appointed with everything I needed. Maybe I could've used a more comfortable chair to relax in, but besides that, the room and the bed were very comfortable. I could control the temperature well and the room was very dark with the lights off, not like some where there are lights blinking everywhere. I love how the rooms are on the opposite side of the parking lot so the security lights aren't shining in the windows. I don't eat breakfast so can't speak personally to that but everyone I talked to liked it. It's very near to a really pretty walking path/park so I could go for a run in the morning and right across from the Convention Center. I will definitely stay here again!!!”

“Cozy little hotel and the breakfast and coffee was yummy. Prices were also very reasonable, but what really stood out to us was the great customer service. A kind young lady with dark brown hair who working there the 31st of May at around 3pm (i’m sorry we didn’t get your name!) really went above and beyond to help out any issues we had. She ran around trying to find me a blowdryer that worked and did so in a very speedy manner. She also let my partner dry his clothes in the staff laundromat. She was very accommodating, kind, generous, and quick on her feet. :) Thanks so much!”

“It was definitely the least expensive place we found in Gilette and that was fine as we really only needed a place to sleep for a few hours before the next day of driving. It's an older hotel but was in quite good condition given it's age. It was warm and clean and I slept great. The office closes at 11pm and we were running a little behind schedule so the fella at the desk stayed a little later to receive us. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Literally the worst motel I've stayed in. When we arrived we found out they were doing a complete renovation. They offered us to cancel for free but since it was 7pm and state track was happening we thought our chances of getting another motel were slim plus we wouldn't get to bed until late. I told the clerk it would be nice to know beforehand that they don't offer what they say( pool, breakfast.) She told me it says online so I immediately looked it up and obviously couldn't find it and she deflected by saying "we don't have a website since we're changing owners". The bathtub way rusty and gross. The blackout curtains didn't even put a dent in the light coming in. The room was dingy and musty smelling.”
