I was in flooring looking all over for a rubber mat to place on my deck, just outside my front door, and all I could find were smaller mats. I needed a fairly larger one that would work for scraping off muddy shoes. Julie from the paint department knew exactly what I needed and showed me where to find it.. it was a perfect fit, and it looks great! Very affordable as well. Thanks Julie!
We also picked up a 6x8 indoor outdoor green carpet to put on our deck for potty training my new puppy.. Its perfect and making potty training so much easier and clean up is a breeze. Will be great for this winter because he's so little he will get lost in the snow.. :)

Shopped at this place today. Went to the garden center. Needed 2 bags of rock and a bag of mulch.
Loaded them myself. Even though there was an employee on a forklift. Headed to the front and another employee passed me. My cart was heavy.
Went to the front sweating profusely to the checkout. The girl scanned my stuff. I thought she was through so I was pulling the cart out of the way.
She bluntly told me " I wasn't through.
She rings it up and something totals 18. So when I said what was the 18 something because nothing I got was that much, she gave me a smart look like ok whatever?
She had charged me for 4 bags of rock. She took 2 off and said, there is that better?
Well heck yes, that's better.
Then I told her that I knew that people made chicken feed there and no one had to help anyone.
I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THE GILLETTE MENARDS.
By the way I'm a 64 year old lady.

They advertise that they fill propane, but don't be fooled. It is on their time and convenience, not the customer's. Truck shutoff twice in hot weather waiting for them to get someone out... never showed, so we left.

This store is incredible. If they don't have it, you don't need it. I haven't seen anything they don't have. The staff is always helpful and very nice. We go here every time we visit family in Gillette. They even had a cool visitor in the rafters.

Menard’s is absolutely ENORMOUS. However when trying to find landscaping stones there were no prices on anything. So I went inside with the description of what I wanted and asked them if they had a book or something to look through to give me some pricing and I was told by the associate to use my phone to scan the product sticker on the shelf! Ummm I don’t think so I’m pretty sure that is what they are supposed to be getting paid for! Oh and the 11 percent off everything doesn’t even compare to having a HOME DEPOT Pro Account or even a HOME DEPOT credit card. If you want your exercise go to Menard’s, if you want what your actually looking for at great prices and even better customer service then go where the PRO’S go HOME DEPOT!!

Make sure you go to Becky as your cashier. She is absolutely hilarious and a delight. Even if you’re having a blue day, she’ll likely leave you uncontrollably laughing. Menards-give this woman a raise and put her in the customer service desk!
