“So I’m writing this review because I wanna thank Mason for offering to take a look at my husband’s phone and thank Mike for fixing it when my husband come in the following day. My husband is a over the road truck driver. He was in Missouri when he dropped his phone and it broke. So he went into Metro in Missouri and had to buy a new one. The phone was a mess. Words were on top of words, couldn’t download his apps that he needs when he drives. They didn’t know nothing. So he had to get back on the road and go. I called this metro and they said they would look at it. Mason was off the next day but said Mike was working and would see if he can get it right for him. And he did !!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Great customer service at this metro !!!!!!!”
