“Carrie and Kathryn both appeared available as I entered (perfect timing), asked how they could help, determined the best person(s) to assist, and explained how they were going to attack the issues.Once my account difficulties were sorted into definable problems, they came up with amazing solutions and were able to accomplish them in an incredible display of teamwork and friendly service.My annoyance with the original AT&T store that caused the issues was heavily balanced or maybe even overcome by THIS store and their willingness to commit to fixing problems they had NOT created.They KNOW their stuff at THIS location!”

“I popped in with my friend mid day last week just to look at my options. Kyle was so nice, answered all our questions and never made me feel pushed into getting something I didn't want. I felt so great about how we were treated. I came back that night with my husband to get a great new phone and Kyle got us all set up. We will be coming back soon to upgrade my husband's phone, too and hope he's there again to help us out. I've never had a more positive experience with a cell phone sales rep in my life.”

“We were passing through Gillette on our way to Devil's Tower hauling our 40' fifth wheel. We placed our pick up order the day before so we wouldn't have to go inside. There was ample room in the back of the pick up row. JD brought our groceries out. He was very pleasant and friendly. We had a nice chat while he handed me the groceries. Wished us safe travels and even offered to help putting heavy items back in the doorway. Excellent service and everything was fresh and the way I would have picked them out. Thank you JD!”

“So I’m writing this review because I wanna thank Mason for offering to take a look at my husband’s phone and thank Mike for fixing it when my husband come in the following day. My husband is a over the road truck driver. He was in Missouri when he dropped his phone and it broke. So he went into Metro in Missouri and had to buy a new one. The phone was a mess. Words were on top of words, couldn’t download his apps that he needs when he drives. They didn’t know nothing. So he had to get back on the road and go. I called this metro and they said they would look at it. Mason was off the next day but said Mike was working and would see if he can get it right for him. And he did !!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Great customer service at this metro !!!!!!!”

“I have found Cricket to be the best bang for the buck. Two unlimited data lines with HBO Max is only $80 a month. The speeds have always been fast and out of eight months or so of use there has only been one day of a bad connection. The store usually has some good deals on phones too.”
