“I visited this Verizon store before and absolutely wasn't satisfied. Then I decided to give it another chance and went in with an outrageous bill since the one on 59 was disrespectful to me! These wonderful ladies in this store were welcoming and helped me out. I will definitely be coming back!”

“AV tech is a fantastic, LOCALLY owned shop for all your auto/home/motorcycle audio needs! You name it, they have it. I have had them install many vehicle sound systems throughout the years and they have never let me down. Both Mike and Lacey are absolutely wonderful to work with. Every time I’ve brought a vehicle in they were very timely, professional and thorough with the installation. I highly recommend their business for any of your audio needs.”

“i just wanted to give a big thank you to the woman who helped me with my phone tonight. my phone was having issues and i ended up having to restore my entire account, and nothing was working. even though they aren’t my service provider, she still took the time to help me get everything back up and running. i unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was so kind and helpful and even stayed 20 minutes past when she was supposed to leave to make sure everything was taken care of. she never once made me feel like i was inconveniencing her, and i really appreciated that. if you happen to see this, thank you again for going out of your way to help me. it truly meant a lot!”
