“So I’m writing this review because I wanna thank Mason for offering to take a look at my husband’s phone and thank Mike for fixing it when my husband come in the following day. My husband is a over the road truck driver. He was in Missouri when he dropped his phone and it broke. So he went into Metro in Missouri and had to buy a new one. The phone was a mess. Words were on top of words, couldn’t download his apps that he needs when he drives. They didn’t know nothing. So he had to get back on the road and go. I called this metro and they said they would look at it. Mason was off the next day but said Mike was working and would see if he can get it right for him. And he did !!!!! Thanks guys!!!! Great customer service at this metro !!!!!!!”

“I've bought almost all of my furniture from Karl's. I typically buy products that are on closeout or have slight superficial damage at a discounted price. Most products I've purchased have lasted for years with no issue, with one small exception. A new, undamaged TV I purchased suddenly stopped working. Karl's sent repair men to fix it. When the repair didn't work. The TV was replaced. We had no problems getting help immediately. I'll continue to go to Karl's for all of my appliances. Thanks Karls!”

“I have found Cricket to be the best bang for the buck. Two unlimited data lines with HBO Max is only $80 a month. The speeds have always been fast and out of eight months or so of use there has only been one day of a bad connection. The store usually has some good deals on phones too.”

“I popped in with my friend mid day last week just to look at my options. Kyle was so nice, answered all our questions and never made me feel pushed into getting something I didn't want.
