I used Olds for the processing of a mule deer and antelope. Super friendly family run business. The meat was packaged and labeled professionally, prices were extremely reasonable. We had a tight timeline to get back home and they were able to get a buck processed and ready for pick up in a very short period of time for a bargain of a rush fee. I will for sure use them again next time I hunt around Gillette.

I brought an antelope in for processing on Monday afternoon 10-25-21 with instructions to cut the antelope on Tuesday 10-26-21 with pickup on Wednesday 10-27-21 or the latest on Thursday 10-28-21. My receipt documents my instructions. I arrive on Wednesday and the antelope had not been touched. Somebody put a cut date of 11-1-21 on the carcass. Needless to say I was quite upset with the lack of service and the s*&t happens attitude. I put the carcass in a cooler, packed it with ice, drove 660 miles home and gave it to a local game processor to do the job. It wasn't like they were busy either. I do not recommend Olds Processing at all.

Best experience I have had with a processor after a hunt. Very flexible and turned around our 3 antelope quickly. Will definitely use them again when back in the Gillette area.

The girls were very sweet and helpful , the guys outside were friendly and very good at their job. Meat was well package and look nice and clean . Overall they all did a great job

If the help provided on the telephone is any indication of the level of professionalism in meat cutting then this is going to be a great experience! Heading to WY for antelope and deer in October. Doing my prep work, I called Tyler to talk with him about processing. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to taking our animals to him for processing. Thanks Tyler! Will update after we have our animals processed here.
