“I was on town for a few days and one one of the people I was with said we are going there. It was such a wonderful surprise and experience. The amount of food to choose from was overwhelming!! Everything was so good!!!! I will definitely eat there again when I am in town and will tell others about this place. The employees were so nice!!!!!!”
“Misty was real helpful. Always smiles and a pleasure when you walk thru the door. Was checking out and she was helping new girl run register and she was training her so sweet. Not grumpy gloom goblin like I've seen in other stores. Ty misty , its nice and refreshing to have someone out there working with a smile and laughter. Hope manager notices.”
“The staff are always so friendly. I switched to Ollie thanks to an associate, two of them have oats instead of rice. Me personally am not a fan of rice for my dog only oats.”
“I love that this pet store lets you look at the animals!!!! The staff are very kind too, a stark contrast to our ‘animal shelter’ —which we pay taxes to…..I think Gillette has the worst and rudest people running the shelter, not the attitude you should have if you’re trying to get animals new homes.”

“I boarded my GSD-x dog, Coyote, here for 2 weeks. They took incredible care of him, and he arrived home with almost zero anxiety or stress behaviors from having stayed there, no illness or injuries at all, which is far more than I can say for any other facility I've boarded my dogs at in the past. No diarrhea, no vomiting, no residual behavioral issues from srress, no coughing/sneezing, no wounds,... I will definitely be boarding him here when I travel from now on. Their facility is immaculate and clean and low stress for the animals. I also left my kuranda dog bed for him to lay on while he was there and he was kept on the same food he normally is. These people are wonderful people and great patriots!?????? I love this place and the wonderful people here!!! 5 stars”
