The whole crew took care of my car. I was leaking oil so they checked for leaks, changed the oil, filled the tires, and checked my engine air filter. The office had fresh coffee and snacks while we waited. Eric, Jake, Colton, Tristen, and especially Alicia who went and picked up the engine filter for me. Outstanding service all around.

Love going to this place. It's a lifesaver to just pull up and get your vehicle taken care of without ever getting out, especially with a young kiddo in the car! The mechanics are super transparent in helping you pick the services needed for your vehicle and get the best bang for your buck. I also showed up with the new battery, and they were more than willing to swap them out for me to save me an extra trip back to town. I'm admittedly not mechanically inclined in any sense and sure appreciate the care and ease they put into helping me keep my vehicle on the road

I had two tires that needed air, but the places in town were frozen because of the cold. I called Lakeway and explained my situation, and they were happy to help. I pulled up to the bay door, two gentlemen came out and fixed my tire problem. They were kind, helpful, and very quick.

Extremely fast, friendly, and professional. Went in on lunch and was ready to go within 15 minutes. Was also about $30 less expensive (depending on oil brand) than anywhere else I checked in town. Will be coming back and telling everyone I k ow to come as well!

We came in off the road on the fly for a check and a top-up, and they took such amazing and quick care of us. They were extremely friendly and reasonable, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Great place, great crew.

I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough. They went above and beyond to take care of my car. I had sludge in my coolant and they did multiple flushes and talked me through everything they did! The entire team was fabulous and I will definitely be going back for all my car needs.

My daughter is moving from South Carolina to Oregon and after 2000 miles of driving she needed an oil change. Stopped at Lakeway and the level of service and attention to the customer was off the chartgreat !! It is under new ownership and the owner was there helping his guys get the job done quickly and competently! I own my own business and I Highly recommend this business!!

We were just traveling through Gillette, Wyoming and needed an oil change.I drove up and they checked to see if they had my filter, oil type (ours is a diesel van) and they quoted me a price before they even started. When given the ok. They were prompt and very fast. I would highly recommend this local business.

The guys were super nice! They showed me my air filter on how dirty it was, they made sure I felt involved and kept me current on what they were doing. I didn’t wait very long and the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend this place!
