Excellent service - I had a custom ring made and Nicholas was so helpful in making my design and patient when I changed it several times! Custom takes more time but he kept me updated on progress and it was worth the wait. Friendly people who want to make sure you get what you want and didn’t push anything else- would definitely recommend!

Nicholas and Rhonda were amazing! I was not sure what I wanted to do for my custom ring. They did not push getting something above my price range. I was able to take my time and choose the perfect custom ring that not only fit my budget, but fit my style as well. I recommend Riddle’s Jewelry for not only your basic jewelry needs, but custom jewelry as well!! Thank you Nicholas and Rhonda for an everything!!!

They were super wonderful! I came in thinking I needed a new battery and the watch winded up needing more work and they got it done quickly and I’m so appreciative of that as we had an event and the watch was my husbands great grandmothers that needed fixed!

I stopped into Riddle’s Jewelry store in Gillette to look at my watches. Both of the workers were friendly and helpful. I appreciate having someone to assist with expertise and exchange batteries.

Always a pleasant experience at this location in Gillette. I went in to get a watch resized and I was in & out within 15 minutes. Superb customer service and hospitality. You’re crazy if you go to any other jeweler!

The Riddles in Gillette is wonderfulThe customer service team are so nice!!In Sheridan I had a bad experience and many of them with multiple employees.I went to the one in Gillette to get my ring cleaned and the persons there really changed my mind about the company!!!!Thank you Gillette team!!!!!

I tried to give this place 2 chances this year. I went in here twice to pick out some new diamond earrings. First time they helped 2 people that came in after me and I was waiting 30 mins before I left. The second time I was luckily the only one in the store, but the girl didn’t want to pull out anything for me and basically told me they don’t have what I am looking for (round diamond studs - extremely common) .I have bought a diamond necklace from there the year before, so not sure what the change in attitude was.Luckily, another jeweler in town got me what I wanted and gained a forever customer.

This is the ONLY place I will shop for jewelry. They not only treat you like family, but it's just a nice place to walk into :) Nicholas took care of me today, knew me by name, paid close attention to what my daughter was looking for and then gift wrapped it with such care and excitement. He shared the same enthusiasm my daughter had with her first purchase at a "real jewelry store" lol. I love the ENTIRE staff here, you can't go wrong with any amazing sales people.
