If I could give a 0 I would. Went in due to the great reviews had hair to my butt wanted a trim about an inch as my hair was super healthy. I also wanted light layering starting from an inch below my shoulders down. I ended up having to go somewhere else to fix it I was crying for an hour and ended up having my hair cut to my shoulders to fix it.

I wanted a layered cut for curly hair but she was afraid to cut enough off. After the third time of asking her to cut more off, I realized that she thought it was good enough. Also took an hour to get there.
