Have tried for two weeks to hear back from anyone by phone, text, and email about the storage unit I paid to use. They have my money but still have not provided me access to the lot they run in Gillette.

They are very hard to get a hold of, called left messages several times, i have text them, emailed numerous times since June 2024, still tring to get a hold of them and no response.

I have had business with them for about 2 years now and have had late payments, paid the late fees and have always made a payment, she has gotten to where she calls me on the 2nd day of the month and wants money, which is usually paid, however last time she called I was busy I called her back 2 days later to make a payment and she didn't answer. Then 3 day's after that called her to find out she saved my card info( after being told not too, she made an unauthorized charge to my card.) she made the payment on her own accord with out my authorization. Then we we're told we had 15 days to vacate the unit( after paying for the next 25 days) after confronting this amount of time she agreed to Give us till the 31st, this all happened on July 10th, charges happened july7th and unit cleaned, and picture texted of cleaned unit on July 10th, unbelievable customer service.. s*** happens and everyone can't be perfect especially now, however she has always gotten a payment and her extra 25.00 for a late fee
