Tax Deductibles have completed my tax returns for over 35 years and I have never had any issues. Joy and her staff are friendly hard working ladies who stay up to date on all the tax laws. This is important to me as I believe it is to most people filing. I would highly recommend them for your tax preparations.

DANGEROUSLY unprofessional and poor customer service!! A month ago, I dropped off my tax materials to them and was told everything would be handled. I called today to follow up about my filing and was told their online system couldn't process my information for some reason and they were too busy to file my taxes! It's less than a week from the April 15th deadline and they pull this... not even an apology. Now, I have to scramble to find another CPA who has the time to help me last minute during this busy tax season! They've been around a long time and I'm sure they're good at what they do, but they are negligent in ways that can get you into trouble... BEWARE!!!
