Truck Rentals in Gillette, WY

“I worked with Rose back in September 2020, when I had a long drive all by myself from the San Francisco area to Gillette. Along the way there were troubles, including the fact that the truck fuel lines started getting weird and it made me late (Uhaul later said most likely thieves attempted to break into the truck and damaged the fuel tank / lines at some point -- apparently such things aren't rare). I communicated with Rose along the way at least once a day during the drive, mostly by text message. I found her to be a very decent person, and she helped me sort out the problems of being late (due to the odd fuel tank/thief damage) and took the time to hear my side of the story and to communicate to the Uhaul corporation and higher-ups about what happened. I consider myself lucky that I chose to arrive at Rose's location (on Butler-Speath Rd). My suggestion is, if working with this outfit, be a little patient, it's a smaller operation. I found Rose to be personable and helpful. Her daughter as well as son-in-law showed up to help me out on another day as well. I don't know if Rose remembers but she probably remembers the situation. Anyhow, I can recommend this location, based on my experience.”
