Great business. I needed help with my business box and was able to get assistance front Troy. The process took about 20 minutes and Troy knew all the information I needed to make the process easy.

It would be a miracle if these people actually did their job for once.I was supposed to get a package delivered, not once but multiple times, where they "tried" but just left without leaving my pacy. Did they really try or did the lazy kick in?Horrible service always, never had a good experience with UPS no matter where in the world you are.

Every single time i have issues with the delivery drivers/store.every. single. time.latest they happily delivered me my fish tank lid, in over 100 pieces. they knew it was broke but really could not be bothered to do anything about it. between that and leaving my 'sorry we missed you' notes on random objects i really cannot take anymore. I've called the local store, cooperate. nothing.10/10 never recommend this service. usps handles things with more care.

At the bare minimum you should have more than one person on staff. As the owner, you should, again at the bare minimum, acknowledge your customers when they walk into your business.

A very rude employee, he was literally talking down to me. And treating me like trash. I asked him about shipping boxes and he talked to me like i was stupid, and i was trying to show him the size that i needed and again very rudely he said i need exact dimensions not hand gestures.

Ease of use gets 5 stars, but the rude employee negates them all. Seriously, just be completely automated if that’s what kind of help you get.
