Incredibly difficult bank to work with. The workers lack both common sense and decency. They have no ability to work with you to solve any issue that is complex in any way.

The most difficult bank to work with, everytime I have gone in there, (which is not that often), it has been frustratingly difficult. Charlene was non cooperative and made it very difficult to deposit some $ in my wife's account. I did not want my wife's account #s but had to get them via text to just put the funds in.. which seems to me to be less secure than just putting it in her accounts with the bank card I had that is linked to both. Very frustrating

I paid $25 to wire transfer money to this bank but they do not accept wire transfers. Now I'm just out the money.

Charlena Buitron is one of the best Bankers to work with. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I have banked here for years and she is always personable. Charlena assisted me with my mobile app and some personal banking needs. She is great. Thank You. She deserves a raise!

The bank is not open to do business with them. There is no night deposit drop box.

Very disappointed in about everything, hours are inconvenient, 9:30 to 4:00. They can’t seem to answer any questions, their go to is look at the mobile app. Have never deal with a bank that was so hard to deposit money, sent wife with money, and deposit slip to put in my account. She had to jump through hoops to even get that done.

Us bank is a good bank yet they need to work on acknowledgment of understanding customers needs and making requests to make sure of things with no assumptions and yes I think us bank does make sure but they need to tell customers to make sure to with no assumptions and no assumin

Finally got fraud case settled. Took 3 months otherwise been 5 stars, getting the run-around for months is annoying. They need a better system for these things.

Seems the same as every other US bank branch I've been to. Thought the parking lot is very akward to navigate.
