Never had an issue with this location, mail has always been fine. When I brought to their attention the issue of getting other peoples mail, it was rectified immediately. However, there's no hours listed on here, and the automated only number is useless.

CLOWN SHOW. I had a shipment coming with a tracking number. The tracking showed that it arrived here (at Gillette - the proper location). Then, whoever the pinhead is that's supposed to put the boxes in the right place - that pinhead - sent the box on to Cody, Wyoming. Yeah...that's right. It arrived at the Gillette station to be delivered to a Gillette address, but that's too complicated for these folks. So off to Cody it went (no...the word CODY has nothing to do with this package, label, or delivery). So, as of today, it's still lost and I don't have it. Typical USPS incompetence. These folks are lucky to have jobs where mistakes don't matter, and performance doesn't get measured. As someone with a real job, I cannot even get my mind around people who have jobs like this where literally, job performance has no meaning whatsoever.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the service from this post office. Time and time again, they fail to deliver packages on the day they say they will. What’s the point of providing a delivery date if you’re not going to honor it? This isn’t just a one time issue—it's a constant pattern, and it’s beyond frustrating. It’s also infuriating how packages are allowed to just sit in their warehouses all day instead of being delivered as promised. A recent experience highlights how careless and inefficient this system is:
A package of mine arrived at the USPS hub sometime around 6:00 a.m in the morning on a week day. I understand that it probably couldn’t go out that day because delivery trucks were already out, but there’s absolutely no excuse for what happened next. The following day (the day it was supposed to be delivered) it just sat in the hub all day long with no movement whatsoever. Why wasn’t it prioritized for delivery after being in their possession for over 24 hours, and if packages are going to just sit around unnecessarily instead of being moved along, then why even bother offering delivery estimates at all?
As I said, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced packages being delayed for no good reason. It’s not just disappointing, but also disrespectful to those of us who rely on timely deliveries. Please take some accountability and make improvements. This level of service is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling angry and ignored.

The customer service has always been fantastic. Not much time for chit chat, but there are lines, so I appreciate the business mentality.

More flexible hours of operation would be cool. Instead of when everyone else is working. Same goes for trying to drop off packages that require a signature in the middle of the day.

The wait can be long at times but that is normal at most Post Offices. The customer service has always been great for me and they are very friendly. Thank you.

Prices go up and services go down. I don't use USPS anymore. Only FedEx. USPS can't deliver in a timely manner.

Just trying to get ahold of somebody is impossible. After 7 minutes with an automated phone voice i was told that they will get a hold of me in 1-3 business days, so probably next week some time. My work trip got extended overseas so I'm just trying to get my mail held. I hope your carrier doesn't damage any of my stuff

I live in a subdivision of only 8 lots, and USPS constantly puts my mail in the neighbors mailboxes and vice versa. I recently tracked a USPS package and it said it delivered but I don't have it - none of my neighbors do, either. It's just considered lost. You cannot get through on the phone so you have to physically go to the post office to speak to someone. Terrible service and incompetence. Zero stars.

Lock on the package box has been hard to open and now won't open at all. No one will answer the phone so I had to drive to the post office. Typical government.
