I popped in with my friend mid day last week just to look at my options. Kyle was so nice, answered all our questions and never made me feel pushed into getting something I didn't want. I felt so great about how we were treated. I came back that night with my husband to get a great new phone and Kyle got us all set up. We will be coming back soon to upgrade my husband's phone, too and hope he's there again to help us out. I've never had a more positive experience with a cell phone sales rep in my life.

Went in to get a New Line on my account. Because I went to almost all the Verizon‘s in town. None of them had any iPhone 14s in stock but this one store called ahead of time. Let store manager know that we were coming in to get an iPhone 14+ that way whenever we came there everything was ready to go. When we arrived, we came in with high hopes very nice chair for the two workers that were working in front were very nice and then the store manager comes up front to set us up and we handed him my ID which is an out-of-state ID. Just moved here. She looked at us and was like what is your business here we told him to get a new phone because every store even to they never asked us for anything but our ID he said he needs a proof of address. To authorize the account we went out to the car because our car has the proof of address as my roommate went out to the car to grab the proof of address. He looked at me and said you’re the owner of the account where is your ID very rudely and I told him my ID is at home it’s as well an out-of-state ID said well. None of this is gonna work. We’re gonna need to put you through fraud.

Maddie was absolutely awesome, she never failed to maintain a positive, optimistic attitude even when the system was having technical difficulties completely outside of her control. I was able to finally upgrade my old, obsolete phone to something compatible with my life today which feels amazing ?? Thank you Maddie for all of your guidance that helped me to make an informed decision, I love my new phone and my new plan ????

Maddie was very helpful and knowledgeable about changing my plan over. Being the only one in the store Maddie took great care in answering everyone's questions and dealing with everyone in a timely manner. I would absolutely refer anyone that is looking for a new phone or just some help to this store.
