Wells Fargo Bank in Gillette provides very good customer service with personalized attention in a very nice branch. The team is known for great customer service and empowering everyday banking with self-service tools. While scheduling appointments can be a bit difficult, employees are great to interact with for all personal banking needs. The branch manager is noted for caring follow-up and going out of the way to resolve issues, making funds available immediately and providing support for financial goals. The local branch avoids an impersonal, corporate touch.
Very good customer service and very nice branch as well. The branch manager called simply to follow up after one of my visits and you can tell she cares. Highly recommended.
