I believe the employee who helped me was named Jack. They pulled a few codes and also tested my battery for me. While the car ended up being fine, they still pointed me toward a local mechanic for a second opinion before I got back on the road. I already frequent O'Reilly's, but this location really went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a great experience when I needed some peace of mind while traveling.”
