Based on the reviews, K-Pack Pharmacy is the best in Sweetwater County for customer service. This privately owned pharmacy provides the most individualized service and better service all the way around. The staff, including Alma and Jackie, go way beyond good service for their clients. Some of the best customer experience has been encountered here, with a pharmacist who was exceptionally helpful and walked a customer through insurance and discount program issues patiently. While the first visit wasn’t pleasant, a later visit was very different with a kind lady who greeted and checked out a customer with a smile. Highly recommended.

After being treated like an annoyance elsewhere (Kelli was nice), these folks are like a breath of fresh air. They're personable, non judgemental, and go out of their to be helpful. My only regret is staying for so long at the other place.

We have been using K-Pack for a while now and after experiences with other pharmacies in the area, K-Pack is hands down the best! They are so helpful and kind when it comes to our questions and prescriptions. We highly recommend them to anyone!
