“They were very sweet, but they didn't give my ultra hyper dog Kevin any time to adjust to his new surroundings before attempting to administer his shots, trim his nails, or even breathe for goodness sakes. I understand he's difficult... a 5 minute introduction to his new surroundings would have made everything go much more smoothly for both of us...”
