Ate their bourbon sausage, tomato basil sausage 3 times bowel pains Everytime. Tasted fine but throwing the rest out.

I have never had a better experience than the one I received at BMB. They have a professional and knowledgeable staff that took great care of my beef. The facilities are amazing and all of my cuts were perfect. Great job Bear Mountain Beef and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I have taken several animals to be butchered here. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but very much worth it for USDA processing and amazing customer service! Absolutely plan to keep using them! Everything is nicely cut and packaged. Very amazing to work with!

We have been getting 1/2 a beef for years, this is the first time we have used them and we love how quick and easy the process was for us. Meat is very well packaged and even has weights on each package. Very reasonably priced as well!

One of the most disappointing experiences. First time use this business. We asked for 1 lb packages of patties and 1 1/2 lb packages of hamburger and ended up with 1 1/2 lb packages of patties and 1 lb packages of hamburger. And the patties are uneven and frozen together so can't even use them as patties. Hamburger was extremely greasy so they must have added lots of fat. Can't Bear Mountain Beef to express my dissatisfaction and was told by the person I talked to that he would let the owner know and could expect a call from him--he never called back. Very poor customer service and dissatisfaction with product and packaging.
