I had a fantastic experience here. Brent, the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get medications when I had the flu. The pharmacy was closed due to an HVAC issue, but he jumped back there anyway and was able to get me my prescriptions before my flight later that day.He was very personable and clearly cares a lot about his patients and job. Next time in Jackson, this is the only pharmacy I will use.

This place is a mess. Been waiting an hour for a medication that was supposed to take 10 minutes. Not sure why they can’t staff the pharmacy right, other than incompetent management. Brent P. probably needs to be replaced. Way to treat sick and elderly people Brent!

Took an hour off work to go get my prescription because I called first and they said they had my pills in stock. I get there wait in line for 20 minutes and then they told me that they didn't have the pills in stock.

They said my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes which we drove 20 minutes to pick up my prescription but was told it would be another 15 minutes “because the tech is too busy answering phone calls and doesn’t have time to fill prescriptions” . They were really rude and talk to you like you’re stupid. Don’t recommend. I was hesitant from looking at the other reviews and now I understand why.

While sick and waiting for a prescription to be filled, I politely asked the pharmacist on duty for an ETA. All she did is look me in the eye, ask “ETA?” and proceed to laugh out loud out at me.Nothing about my question was an attempt to rush them as I am sure they’re very busy and under staffed.Hoping to not wait in line and possibly get other customers sick, and feeling very uncomfortable, I merely wanted to go home and return for my prescription when it was finished.Too bad they do not make a pill for being kind

My 6 year old son suffers from PFAPA. We have been able to keep it mostly under control, but now it is unpredictable when he gets flare ups. Unfortunately on the first day of our vacation to Jackson he woke up with a fever of 102.3 and the only way to get rid of it quickly is with a dose of prednisolone, but it only works if I get it into him within 24 hours of the start of his flare. With the medication he is back to himself in 3 hours, without it he suffers with high fevers and inflammation all over his body for 3-5 days.I took his Rx info into the pharmacy this morning to see if they could transfer it. They told me it could possibly be later today, but more than likely tomorrow. I told them it was important that he got it sooner than later. I’m sure they hear this all the time, and I’m sure it isn’t easy dealing with so many people requesting transfers all the time. I wouldn’t say they were the friendliest of people, but they do have a heart. Within an hour of dropping off his Rx they had it ready. I am beyond thankful to the two ladies working today for helping my sweet boy get back to normal and not have to suffer the whole trip.

I have never been treated so poorly by a human being in my entire life. I have empathy towards essential workers and everything they do- but at this point there is no excuse for what is going on at this pharmacy. They miscount my prescriptions, then make me feel guilty for something being “wrong”. They treat me like garbage, yet they are the ones making countless errors.Their staff discriminate and the lead pharmacist should not be working in the medical field, they should honestly be sued.

Monday: “it’ll be a 20 min wait…” so we come back the next day.Tuesday at 1:45pm: “it’ll be a 10 min wait”Tuesday at 2:10: “it’ll be a 15 min wait”Tuesday at 2:15: “we need 20 more mins we don’t process the insurance correctly.”If you have 2 days, and multiple hours to get your Rx, this is the place to go.

This Albertsons stocks some good, local options (huckleberry products and souvenirs too) and includes locally-themed animal silhouettes as parking lot isle markers. We found the basics we needed here for a weeklong stay in nearby Victor, ID and even returned to snag a bag of Idaho chips after reading an article about the business owners and concept behind the chips - potato chips made IN Idaho using genuine Idaho russet potatoes with a focus on the potatoey flavor created by the russets. Would certainly shop here again if in the area - the main grocery in Jackson, WY.
