I walked in and was greeted right away. Waited less than 2 minutes to be helped. Transferred my numbers over easy peasy! There was great communication during and afterwards. Thanks!

A customer service rep at this particular location, after I brought a used phone in to activate, told me I was in possession of a stolen phone, that I ought to surrender it to the police or they would have to make that happen, as if I’d stolen it.
I obviously surrendered the device to the local PD where I’d bought said device. Now months later, turns out, the seller got back to me apologetically, it was an issue of a forgotten “Find My” activation lock on their end and never a stolen phone. They’ve offered to meet and use their Apple ID to undo it- sadly too late for that now.
Y’all could’ve just told me it was an issue with an activation lock, I’m not sure how you could miss that and jump straight to stolen goods. Very bummed to say the least, sitting at a $400 loss.
I’ll be heading to the Idaho falls ATT store moving forward, I have no trust in this particular location.

I was in here at the store and was confused about a lot on my plan. After speaking and seeing some frustration, Bryan was able to explain and get me to the right person to resolve my problem. After being on the road in multiple states with different services let alone different AT@T stores, this is by far my best experience with any store manager. Highly recommend coming in for any questions or concerns

Kendal was SO knowledgeable and helpful! I came into the store about 30 min before close, which I felt bad about, but he got my new plan and phone set up in record time! Not to mention, he was a positive ray of sunshine the whole time-the best customer service I’ve had with a cell provider.

The manager helped me promptly, was VERY knowledgeable, explained all my options to me thoroughly and was friendly and polite. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had a terrible experience today with the AT&T customer service line but Kendal swooped in and saved the day!! After going back and forth with the customer service reps on the phone for a span of 2 hours and being extremely frustrated Kendal stepped up and literally saved the day!! He turned a crappy day into a successful one and had my daughters and myself out the door with three new phones and smiles on our faces!! He truly is the example of excellent customer service.
