I definitely recomend the ATT store in Jackson for all your cell phone needs. Knowledgeable staff, efficient process and smooth transition. I was able to keep my number and I just love my new phone wich was so affordable.

Experience at this location was awful to say the least… Management does not train their employees about promotions correctly, so the associates end up giving customers wrong information. And then proceeding to call me a fraud after I had registered myself as an authorized user on the account since it had been set up and three extra times in the store. Switched over from T-Mobile and did not have a working phone since I’ve been with AT&Tards. Don’t even waste your time coming here as they aren’t as helpful as I had hoped… Wasted so much of my time and money for nothing.

Super frustrating when ATT says you're open till 7pm and one gets there at 6:15 and you're closed. Google says you are open to 8pm, and that the hours were updated within the last week, but the sign on the door says 6, but the sign was there since before Thanksgiving, more than a week, since it also posted Thanksgiving hours. I'm sure you can do better.

I have transacted business with the Jackson, Wyoming AT&T store for over 26 years. This year our family will have spent over $4,000 in iPhone upgrades. From time to time I have had difficulties that the 611 help line won’t resolve, and who are completely unhelpful most of the time. However, Daniel T. in the Jackson store always is helpful and works to resolve problems and difficulties, as he just did today 10/31/23. Thank you Daniel as always! Dave ;0)

10-31-23I have dealt with AT&T for over 26 years here in Jackson, Wyoming. This year our family will spend over $4,000 up grading our phones. At times I have had difficult issues that the AT&T help line at 611 have been completely unhelpful with. However, Daniel T. in the local Jackson, Wyoming store always helps me resolve problems, usually right on the spot, as recently as today. Thank you Daniel as always! Dave ;0)

Worst AT&T store I’ve ever been to. Without knowing my situation, they turned away my business.It would have been easy to make money from me had they welcomed me in and sat down to complete setting up a new account. I would have been happy to do whatever was needed.

The store and the people working there are fantastic. However, the automated system is a flippin joke. You cannot get a customer service representative, and the system just hands up on you, full stop.

Earlier this summer I was having issues with my watch/phone connectivity and Dan worked hard to resolve the problem and provided great customer service. The store manager followed up as well since the problem was a difficult one to fix.

Had an appointment for 10am on 8/15/23, when I arrived, they were taking care of other customers, and they spoke to me after they were done with the other customers. Worst customer service ever. I had trouble with my DIRECTV box that I purchased last year at the Jacksonhole store. It has a two year warranty on it and they said there’s nothing they can do. They said I would have to call the DIRECTV. To get a replacement. I am only in Jackson hole for four months then I go back to Tucson. I do not use the boxes in Tucson due to the fact that I have Cox cable. I want a refund for my second box since it does not operate. I only use it four months out of the year. AT&T and DIRECTV need to get new employees at the Jacksonhole location. They are terrible and they do not know what they are talking about. They should not make an appointment if they cannot help the person. I am very very disappointed. All they do is give me the runaround. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

First off, I was greeted at the door, which is very rare at this busy location. I had an appointment and we sat immediately. Dan introduced himself and was professional and efficient. He was quick and knowledgeable to find a solution to my billing issue. He even followed up the next day as well with final outcome. Superb service! Thanks Dan!!!
