“I was grateful to work with the folks here, they did great work and it was fast. They coordinated everything with insurance and it was a seamless experience for me. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find any place to work on my Tesla front bumper but they knew exactly what to do. It turned out great and my car looks good as new. Maybe even better!”

“Walker, the manager at the Jackson, Wyoming Carquest, is an absolute professional and a genuine hero! Our car broke down nearby due to a dead battery, and Walker went completely above and beyond to help us. He tested our battery for free, patiently spoke with our rental car company to explain the exact situation, and even changed the battery for us without charging any labor fees. Because of his incredible kindness and warmth, we were able to safely continue our journey home. We are so incredibly grateful to have encountered such an amazing person when we were stranded!”

“A deer totaled my new expedition the first week. The entire front end was smashed and other damage. It took about a month which is reasonable. The truck came back better than new. You get what you pay for. It was not unreasonable in cost but it was not cheap.”

“We had a dead battery on the day before we left Jackson for the winter. Even though the device Department was fully booked, they installed the new battery on a walk in basis. We have been a customer of Teton Motors for almost 20 years, and they have always exceeded expectations. The service advisors are the best!”

“Angel helped us quickly get our rental truck back in returnable condition after snapping off a trim piece under the front bumper from a mud pit. He was able to order the part and have it delivered and installed the following morning.. just in time for our flight. Thanks a bunch! 10/10 customer service.”

“I was a French Tourist I had a Chevrolet. The oil change alert came on on my rental car. I stopped to ask to do this oil change. Instead of rushing to do it and charging me (this is what often happens to tourists...), the garage team advised me to continue on my way, not to lose my money because it was it is up to the lessor to take care of it. My comment comes a little late, it dates from May 2023. Thank you all. In any case, you are like the authentic and friendly inhabitants of your region..”

“Jake was amazing every step of the buying process. Worked with us over the phone so my husband and I went for a test drive (we knew what we wanted), met Chris in finance and signed the papers. literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.”
