“Having lived in Jackson for forever, Shervin’s is the only tire shop that’s highly recommended around here. The local talk of the town, is overwhelmingly positive and I haven’t heard any complaints, in the 20 years I’ve lived here. The prices are reasonable. The negative reviews saying otherwise is disappointing! Sure, maybe Walmart offers lower prices, but the mechanics at Shervin’s are masters of their craft, the customer service is better, and they put much more care into their work. Even so, they charge well within normal price ranges. The biggest expense was my shopping spree at target while I waited for my car ?. Thank goodness the turn around time was quick so I didn’t have too long to shop. Also, Nils at the front desk, is kind, and helpful!”
“I was a French Tourist I had a Chevrolet. The oil change alert came on on my rental car. I stopped to ask to do this oil change. Instead of rushing to do it and charging me (this is what often happens to tourists...), the garage team advised me to continue on my way, not to lose my money because it was it is up to the lessor to take care of it. My comment comes a little late, it dates from May 2023. Thank you all. In any case, you are like the authentic and friendly inhabitants of your region..”

“We ended up in Jackson Wyoming on a road trip with blown brake line and needed brakes all the way around. Rob was great from the time I called, scheduled me right in and handled everything as promised. Mechanic got the work done right the first time and was friendly when I had some questions for him. The manager Rob facilitated me staying in the RV during the night and managed the work around us being able to sleep in it. Laid back vibe and I felt welcome staying there the 3 days we were broke down.”
“The battery on my GMC Yukon died in the severe cold. It was towed to Teton Motors Monday night and left in their lot. At 7am, Teton Motors called me and the truck was ready with a new battery by 9:30am.”

“Great customer service. I had purchased TPMS online which were to already be programmed for my vehicle. I had them installed by another outfit, but they weren’t functioning properly even after following instructions for relearning. The staff at Big-O took me in immediately and used their programmer to get the devices working. In addition, they didn’t even charge me. Highly recommend!”
