“What amazing customer service! We bought a Pedego Element Platinum in Dallas and promptly put it on the bike rack and brought it up to Jackson, hoping to break it in on some beautiful mountain trails. Unfortunately, as soon as we took the bike off the rack, the front wheel fell off. The nut, and a few other parts,had come loose and were long gone. BK at the Dallas Pedego store overnighted some parts to us in Jackson, and Michael at the Jackson store took time out of his busy schedule to not only hunt down some additional parts that were not sent from the Dallas store, but help my husband to reinstall the wheel correctly. He would not let us pay him anything for his help. The store had a huge selection of bikes, and I can't think of a better place to ride a Pedego, or to purchase a Pedego, than Jackson, WY!”
